1. Packaging design: innovative sealing technology
In terms of packaging design, we use advanced sealing technology. The outer packaging of medium-sized wet wipes uses multi-layer composite materials. During the production process, Wanfang Paper strictly abides by the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, and all production environments meet medical-grade aseptic standards. The medium-sized wet wipes undergo multiple sterilization processes on the production line, including ultraviolet disinfection and high-temperature steam sterilization, to ensure that each wet wipe is sterile before leaving the factory. We also use EO (ethylene oxide) gas sterilization as the final sterilization step, which can effectively kill various microorganisms including bacterial spores, while ensuring the stability and safety of the wet wipes material.
4. Transportation management: temperature control and shockproof packaging
In the transportation process, we cooperate with professional logistics companies and use temperature-controlled transportation vehicles to ensure that the wet wipes are in suitable temperature and humidity conditions throughout the transportation process. These vehicles are equipped with advanced temperature and humidity monitoring systems that can monitor and adjust the in-vehicle environment in real time to avoid the quality of wet wipes caused by extreme weather conditions. We have designed the medium wet wipes packaging to be shockproof, using cushioning materials such as foam and bubble film to reduce vibration and squeezing during transportation and protect the wet wipes from physical damage.
5. Storage Guide: Optimal Storage Conditions and Periods
For consumers, the correct storage method is equally important. We clearly mark the optimal storage conditions (such as temperature range, avoid direct sunlight, etc.) on the product packaging, and recommend that consumers open and use it as soon as possible after purchase, while following the resealing guidelines on the packaging. We also provide shelf life information to remind consumers to use it within the specified period to ensure the optimal performance and safety of the wet wipes.
